clean and comfortable hostel

clean and comfortable hostel, very near to the Central Rail Station, Breakfast served to individual room with bread, yogurt, mile, tea/coffee and lots of snack, staff are helpful and nice

A clean place. 10 minutes away from the station.

We booked 3 rooms. My room was good, except the bath which the water didn't go smoothly. My friends' rooms were rather not comfortable. Their beds were not comfortable, while the lighting in the rooms were too dark. And we found that all of us received different services. Some had welcome fruits but we didn't. The breakfast provided for each room was different as well.

Good experience in Rome

The b n b is on one floor of an old building near Rome university and Rome termini. Yhe neighborhood is fine and near to tourist spots. The room is not very large but comfortable. The towels and facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice though I hope the portion could be larger. Overall good experience.

It’s great place to stay. My husband and I were looking for something near the train station to stay our last two nights italy. We reserved the room the same day of our arrival and everything was perfect. The host was waiting for us, help us with our luggage and take us to the room. The room is super nice very modern decoration. Perfect space and has mirrors, tables, extra chairs and also has a real blower. The bathroom was incredible and a comfort bed. Everything was clean. They serve breakfast in the room. We actually told the cleaning lady that wasn’t necessary the breakfast for the second say because we were leaving very early but she took care and made arrangement for us so we could have at least some if the breakfast serve the night before. Lovely. The host was super nice and very helpful. Super recommended!

Good location, clean and quiet.

The location was pretty practical only a few blocks from Termini station being still in a quiet area. The B&B was fine and clean. The service was friendly until we checked out; after that it gor a bit less service-minded.

Keys to a home away from home

This place may seem odd at the beginning- it is located in a residential building, first floor which opens into probably an apartment converted into rooms with a bathroom. But don’t let that deter you, the rooms are recent, spacious and have excellent AC. The included breakfast is delivered daily to your room; I would have liked more choice but there is bar close by for better coffee. It is surprisingly quiet, close to the university and a 10 minute walk from the train station. A lot of lesser known/visited sights are closed by (like the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and St Mary of the Angels) for which you’ll be grateful to be staying on the north side of the train station. There is also easy access to tour operators near by. Overall a great location, a spacious room and pleasant staff always willing to help and give advice. I would stay here in a minute.
