Malfunctioning amenities (mini-bar, shower handle, thermostat, sink), and a general lack of maintenance.
* Subpar service: Issues with room cleaning (missed cleanings, false "do not disturb" claims), lack of basic toiletries, and unsatisfactory responses from staff.
* Safety concerns: Inadequate repairs (common glue used on a thermostat), and unhygienic conditions (corroded mini-bar and poor cooling that spoiled food).
* Food service issues: My daughter suffered from food poisoning after her dinner at the establishment. The following morning, she experienced regurgitation of all consumed food there.
* Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations for a Hilton or a 4-star hotel.
