Courtyard Marriott was a great stay. Check-in was easy, all the employees were super friendly, and they had amenities onsite, not to mention multiple restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t have to drive until we left. The room was nice and parking was easy. The hostess was helpful and ensured we knew where the closest parking spot was to the room, and what the available amenities were. The ac unit runs all the time which can be a bit annoying as it heats/cools the room to the set temp. The starbucks downstairs is convenient, and the restaurant in walking distance was awesome. I recommend staying here, it is very nice.

Out of the 9 hotels we have stayed at on our tour, this was the best one. Great hotel, bed, service. We were very tired from our long tour, and as soon as we walked in we were treated like VIP's by Brooke. I believe that Brooke should be promoted as soon as possible because the level of customer service we received was outstanding. We will stay here again on another tour.

I wish there was complementary brewed coffee. The Starbucks was $10 and it was luke warm. Staff was friendly. The lady in the bar area was by herself and super busy. The mattress was hard and the mattress cover was stretched out and came off the mattress while I slept on it. Room had plenty of soace and appeared clean.
