Hotel que voltarei a hospedar. No centro de tudo, seguro, limpo, confortável. Atendimento diferenciado. Pode se hospedar sem susto. No início da viagem deixamos nosso mochila no táxi e eles super ajudaram, o motorista retornou ao hotel e deu tudo certo. Em Rona isto n é tão comum. Então, experiência incrível.

The hotel was near lots of shops and restaurants there was even a supermarket 2 minute walk and we were close to the trevi fountain and spanish steps and we did the hop on hop off bus and the stop was only 5 minute walk from hotel

Horrible checking process, staff not well trained.

Stay was ok. This is NOT a 4star hotel as your site has it. Its at best a 3, mostly a 2 star. Checkin process was horrible. There was an old lady who first made it look like we had wrong number guests in reservation, she kept asking for my credit card for incidentals as well as city tax, not once but probably 20 times which was mind blowing

I did not like the hotel at all. The hotel rooms are very, very small and the hotel design is very bad. The reception is in a building and the rooms are in another separate building, and moving with bags is very tiring from one building to another. You have to cross the street and carry the bags up a long flight of stairs. I will not repeat the experience at this hotel.

Estadia muito agradável, localização perfeita, à 5 minutos da Fontana de trevi. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável Funcionárias da limpeza super atenciosas e rápidas. Apenas o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar.

Clean but small rooms. Very clean. The lobby is separated from some of the hotel rooms. Difficulties with check-in and a very late check in. On the other side, this is probably the best location in Rome.

Hotel was clean. We stayed next door at the annex hotel which has a lot of stairs to get to lift which we were not told and a lot of stairs to get breakfast in another building which again were a lot of stairs that were not told to us. Stairs are uneven in both locations that were not easy for older couple
