Great stay. Hotel was situated in the centre, walkable distance to all amenities, the rooms were warm & comfortable and a nice lobby area. Staff were cheery and kind, allowing early check in & storing luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay very friendly staff and felt at home. The location was fantastic 5 mins walk to buses and bars etc. only downside for us was the room was far too hot so we ended up keeping window open which is like throwing money out of the window re heating cost

While this hotel is budget friendly it is very clean, beds very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Staff were excellent and were able to answer questions about the area and thankfully saved me a trip to the cable car as this was closed due to the weather. Yes you do need to pay for almost everything extra while there, but as I carry my own teabags everywhere I go, they provided me with hot water and milk at no charge. Great location as close to all trip pick up points and would definitely stay again.

It was in a convenient location and had a lovely cosy lounge and bar area. The view from our room overlooking cable car was beautiful. Rooms are not very big so be mindful of sharing a twin room although there were lots of hooks etc for jackets and clothes. I think it was missing a kettle .. be Great to come in after a cold day and make a tea. You don’t need to supply the tea but be great if you supplied a kettle

The hotel was close to everything including shopping, food and our planned activities. We felt safe there. On the other hand we were there 6 nights and not once did they clean our room or offer clean towels. We could have used a floor cleaning after tracking in snow and dirt from outside. The room was ok but very small for 2 people with arctic gear for 6 nights. Although the booking said breakfast was included, it was not. Everything needed to be paid for, even coffee.
