Suitable for us

This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat.

Habiendo avisado dos días antes de nuestra llegada, tardaron 20 minutos en abrirnos. La habitación muy pequeña, con humedades y hormigas. El aire acondicionado se cobra a 15€ extra cada noche. Según la descripción tiene áreas comunes y ascensor que en la realidad no existen. Esta muy alejado del centro, y hay pocas opciones en los alrededores.

Hôtel en fin de rénovation, la réception se fait en bas des escalier, pas très accueillant mais peut-être que lorsque la rénovation sera terminée ce sera mieux adapté, par contre malheureusement pour nous des gens (on ne sait pas si c'était d'autres clients ou les hôtes) parlaient assez fort dans le couloir à 6h45 du matin et on se rend compte que la porte de la chambre n'est pas top pour l'isolation sonore. La chambre était récente et propre tout comme la salle de bain.

Pas de clime dans la chambre en pleine canicule...

En pleine canicule à 40 degrés, la clime ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre !!! Ils nous ont donné un petit ventilateur pour passer la nuit...ils nous ont dit que quelqu’un allait passer réparer la clime dans la journée mais ce n’est jamais arrivé.

We booked double bed and got 2 single bed together one of them was broken and my wife’s back hurting, after asking about the bed responsible person said to book another hotel if I don’t want this he can’t help with the broken bed.

Cancelled booking, rough area, no notice

My booking was cancelled by the guest house on the day. The owner made another reservation for us with another guest house. This was really stressful because the owner sent only a what’s up and did not call, also left us no time to choose another else. We found out about the cancelation at the last minute. The guest house was in a very rough area with graphitis on the door and streets, at the end we were relieved that we are not staying there. We had to pay extra transport due to this relocation. I contacted hotels.com but it was after 17h and could not get through. At the end we took a new guest house but the experience was really poor.

Bed & Breackfast, solo bed nessun breackfast.

Non ho potuto pagare con la carta. All’arrivo (all’orario indicato del check-in) la camera ancora non era pronta. Non c’é stata nessuna colazione. Solo una saponetta piccola e una bustina con shampoo per 2 persone per 3 giorni. Personale inesistente, abbiamo visto i proprietari solo una volta e poi sono spariti. La wifi al piano piu alto non prende quasi per nulla.

This is a budget place close to the Metro. If you just need a place to sleep and shower then it works. Friendly staff and nice breakfast at a cafe close by.

Hôtel gîoia nondescript neighborhood in wonderful

Not a central location but close to Metro stop. Not many restaurants in area but a big grocery store three blocks. No breakfast or kitchen use. No glasses in room. After we checked in we never saw any hotel staff again. Tv and WiFi good.

Situato in una zona piuttosto tranquilla ma ben servita da mezzi pubblici ( metro, autobus e tram). Peccato che nella camera accanto ci fossero ospiti piuttosto rumorosi ( musica, tacchi, porte sbattute). Check in veloce, personale gentile.
