This is a great hotel to stay, excellent old house that boast several old paintings and history. The only issue is the AC makes noise and the bathroom had a few tiny cockroaches.

The hotel definitely needs refurbishing. The room was in a very shabby condition. The internet almost nonexistent. The breakfast was very inferior with limited selection and many items that supposed to be hot, were very cold. Limited space in breakfast area I would not recommend this hotel.

When you step into this hotel you feel you have stepped back in Spanish time! The rooms are all so unique and special and the staff is wonderful. I would not purchase breakfast there again although it was good and plentiful it felt a bit over priced. It’s just off the main road so quiet but super convenient to access all of Ronda’s charms. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Spain, Ronda and this hotel will be at the top of our list.

The property is very interesting. Like staying in a mid-century museum, but comfortable, and with a modern bathroom. Only downside is that there is no parking. Parking is several blocks away, costs 17 euros; and is a bit confusing to find. I suspect that it is the same at most places in Ronda.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and plenty of answers to our questions about wheat was good to see nearby. The hotel had plenty of character, which reflected its Spanish style. The room was exceptional and the bed extremely comfortable. The position of the hotel was in teh old part of Ronda and within easy walking distance of the sights. I would recommend this hotel.

The property was traditional and authentic. We had a 4 poster bed in our room, which was very comfortable. Location was ideal, close to the Puente Nuevo bridge and other tourist attractions. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was very slow in the room and we could smell the drains, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

A Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Ronda

Our stay in Soho Boutique Palacio San Gabriel was amazing. Located just a block from the bridge in the old historical area of Ronda, this hotel was built in the 17th century as a palace and has since been a private residence, a hospital, and now a wonderful quaint hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, we were able to offload our luggage at the door and they directed us to the closest parking area within walking distance to the hotel. There are restaurants and Tapas Bars close by and a shopping area just across from the Plaza de Toro just up the street. Truly an amazing experience and if we return to Ronda, will definitely stay there again.
