Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.

This property is remarkable! Having a full kitchen and Condo style unit was fantastic and convenient. The property was impeccably maintained. The property is not just near nature, it is IN nature. The river is part of the hotel. We loved this stay. It was easy to check in and check out. 2 miles outside of RMNP. Add in the hot tub and laundry and this place is a must stay near RMNP.

Nice stay. Our unit was very nice, but had a strong smoke smell. I guess from the fireplace. They brought us air freshener and an ozone machine but neither worked very good. We’ve stayed at several resorts on the Fall River in Estes Park. This was nice but like the river behind the resort better, not right on the highway like Woodlands.
