Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.
Carl, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Rooms a little small (for couple with 1 large case) but all the other chain hotels we stayed at (Sotetsu Fresa, Hotel Ann) were similar. Great location, great price, lovely staff, absolutely spotless. Will stay again.

Location is the best. Walkable to Nihombashi, asakusa, etc etc. and so quiet in the night time to sleep in peace. Lots of traditional foods options nearby also
shoji, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is located two subway stops from downtown Ginza. But it is a clean and quiet place. The dining option is limited around it.
Masaaki, 1-night trip

I have stayed here many times before and have never been disappointed. Room was clean. Amenities were nice.
Richard, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

This hotel is very near the Higashi-nihombashi Station which is very convenient for the visitors. The room is a little bit small.
TAK SHING, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Area was really nice and away from a lot of people so it was quiet and safe. Right next to the train station so it’s quite convenient if you need to get to Haneda airport. There’s a pronto restaurant downstairs as well as a few restaurants next door. If you need a 7/11 there’s one conveniently next door. There is no laundromat in this hotel but there is one not too far. I will be looking at this hotel again next time I’m in town.
Edward, 8-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect place to stay and rest while exploring JP

My friend and I stayed here and we got separate rooms. They were perfect 10/10. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than one person or a couple who is really comfortable with each other. Great amenities and service from the staff was superb. I can’t wait to stay at APA again.
Roberto, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very near to Higashi Nihombashi station. Room and toilet are small, which is inline to APA hotels. Breakfast menu is very limited, for the amount charged

6/10 Good

Room is not very clean, dust everywhere
ERZHEN, 6-night trip

2/10 Poor

The bed was comfortable but the room was tiny, elevator too small, no heating in the hallways, terrible front desk area and no amenitiies. I will not be back
David, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

More faster check in
MDABDULMABUD, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Pro: The location of the hotel is close to subway stations making it convenient to travel around the city and to the Haneda airport. Con: The room is too small which is not very comfortable for two persons while the suitcases could not fully be opened. The room facilities were a bit aged and the table was worn. Bottle water and coffee powder was not refilled everyday. The service of receptionists and their courtesy has a room for improvement.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

This hotel served our needs. The room was small and difficult to maneuver in for two people. The toilet and shower had heavy staining. The duvet was also very yellow with staining. The elevator was very ineffectual and there are no stairs available. We waiting 25 minutes to get to the main floor to check out because the elevator went to the top floor first and as such was always full when it hit our floor. It was very frustrating. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, it's a bed in a relatively convenient spot, so if that's all you need, go for it, but I wouldn't stay again.
Morgan, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The rooms were very small and felt claustrophobic. There was no ventilation and the room was like a furnace. The temperature control in the rooms don’t work and AC is as not even there. When I complained about it at 3AM, they asked to open the window and sleep, but due to the construction noise, couldn’t sleep. It was a terrible experience. Please find a different property as this one is really bad. The staff didn’t understand English and were also very rude. They have agreed to refund the remaining 2 nights but I am yet to receive the refund.
Sowmya, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This Hotel in Tokyo had good transport connections and very good opportunities for shopping and sightseeing nearby. The hotel itself was nothing special. The room was really very small, with standard amenities including a refrigerator, shower, and television. The catering was very good. Fresh towels were provided daily, along with slippers and also toothpaste. The refrigerator was a bit too loud and could be disruptive at night, but aside from that, the small room was bearable as long as you didn't spend the entire day there. For two people, it was really quite small, but if you're just using it to spend the night, take a shower, get ready, or rest briefly, it was fine. Overall, the price-performance ratio was reasonable. However, the breakfast selection was quite meager. It didn't affect us personally, but, for example, there were no options for vegetarians or vegans, and you could only choose between two breakfast options each day. Over the course of two weeks, as in our case, it became rather monotonous. It also wasn't a buffet, but instead a fixed portion size that was served each day. A breakfast buffet would have been more appropriate for the price. The reception staff were neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly.
Philipp, 13-night trip
