Food and drinks are good. Rest is meh
Buffet is decent. Bar service is excellent. Rest is meh.
The beds are quite uncomfortable unless you like 6" high pillows which kill your back afterwards. The curtains don't quite cover the windows so be ready to wake up to the sun blazing in your face at 6am. The shower and bathroom are not quite separated from the rooms, which is not ideal unless you like to watch and smell your spouse do their business. Water from our shower literally leaked into the room from under the glass wall. Toiletries were not regularly restocked by room service so had to keep calling front desk to resupply. Our building also ran out of hot water, and on one night literally all water, during peak evening time when every goes back their rooms to shower before dinner.
Also a lot of staff doesn't speak English, I get it for back of house, but reception folks should know maybe? Also most entertainment is geared towards Germans. As a non German felt kinda excluded. So be ready for that.
