The hotel is decent and the staff friendly, but check-in was not smooth (the staff could not produce a keycard that worked on our room door) and the gym was not available to guests, but nobody knew why it was not available. The hotel restaurants and restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful!

This is a beautiful area, it is a little noisy right now because of the upgrades. The gym was not in use, but did offer a yoga class. There is music some nights on the beach which is lovely. The restaurants are awesome. Especially Otto it is the best. The staff is great and accommodating. It is close to town and other beaches. But all In all a fabulous place to stay and unwind.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and how well they keeped up the property so clean!The restaurants on the property had such delicious food. If I could change something it would be to have more nights of live music on the beach instead of having it only on Thursdays evening plus extending the hours later like 12midnight .My wife and I enjoyed the music and dancing !!

Frente al mar!!!

Lugar muy lindo, a la orilla del mar, comida deliciosa, tiene muchas opciones de restaurantes!!! Solo el detalle que están remodelando un área, justo al lado de las habitaciones que nos quedamos así que hay un poco de ruido… definitivamente regresaría!! La pasé muy a gusto con mi familia!!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Its pool is very close to beach. However, that beach is brave. If you don't swim properly, it is better not to enter to that beach. I had a disapointment with front desk staff, he gave me a room with "partial" sea view but this is not what I paid for in Expedia. Staff could change my room but they did not wanted even when rooms were empty. The hotel has plenty of food options. 7 private restaurants

Reporte el día de ayer en la cena. Que se observó un roedor saliendo de la cocina y entró a una gaveta donde tiene los cubiertos que instalan en la mesa. El mesero Lo vi entrar a la cocina salían se asomaban. Y me veían. Yo le pregunté a el mesero te pasó por las piernas y solo dijo nada más vi la sombra. Y no hicieron nada más. Creo que falta mucha capacitación para atender este tipo de temas que son de salubridad y la importancia de ellos. Qué lástima era un hotel que conocí a sus inicios y nunca pasó esto.

I really liked the location, the pool area and the restaurants. However, the suite that we stayed in had issues with the palapa roof. It leaked during a rain storm and flooded the floor. The gym was poorly maintained with broken machines, lack of cleanliness and no working air conditioning. I also think that not allowing people to bring their own drinks to the pool or beach area was a little restrictive. It felt like you couldn’t use the facilities you paid for without paying for them again. It was also a little difficult to get ice, without machines, and it would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room. Especially with the weather being so hot and humid.
