Called to check on pool told it was just unheated was full of leaves and algae. Wanted us to pay for ice or provide our own bag to fill. No satellite TV was sporadic plugs all black and would not charge or hold a plug.

Pros: Convienient location, just north of Clifton Hills attractions. Friendly and helpful Caribbean day-time attendant. Firm and clean beds (smell of chlorine - good sign). Budget pricing (relative to others). Quiet evenings. Cons: Toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times and reservoir takes half a minute to start filling up. Some extra weird neighbours. Cranky evening/overnight attendant. Wonky uneven wooden first set of stairs leading to 2nd floor. Very bare bones offering.

Absolutely loved staying here, we stayed 3 nights and both gentlemen that own the place are very nice, the Ac was good, it was a two second walk to Clifton hills. It was quiet and as a single mother of two little ones I felt safe there.

Hosts are awesome. Tommy is the man to ask for anything. Older place like most reviews said but it was clean. You’re not paying for a 5 star motel so the price was perfect. We were just there to sleep anyways. Kids loved the pool. Overall great place

Staff was amazing. Stayed open later for us, then gave us a later check out the filtering morning. Staff had no problem answering any questions we had regrading surrounding area. Had no problem with parking or room rate.

Walking to Clifton Hill was convenient. Last time I stay in Niagara Falls. Less expensive to get a hotel in St. Catherine's and pay parking at the Falls. Outside NF this motel would be $100 max. Staff was nice. But for the price you don't get much more than a good location.
