At the shore

Perfect location. Just 10 meters from the shore. Quiet yet walkable distance from the busy patong central area. Downside- The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Roof-top swimming pool was closed. Sea-view room but the electricity pole (a huge one) is 2 meter outside the balcony and blocked the sea view.

靠近海灘的酒店

入住6晚，酒店靠近海灘，早上或夜深時候會有點嘈，但只要關好門窗聲浪還可接受。有露台可欣賞迷人的海景。酒店職員親切友善，酒店頂樓有泳池，雖然泳池有點細，但可以望住海景游泳真不錯。房間設計非常有情調，適合情侶、夫婦入住，(因房間燈光嚴重不足，非常暗，對帶著孩子的我有點不方便)。廁所有大按摩浴缸，(這是我選擇此酒店的原因) 可惜設施有損壞，酒店應沒做定時檢查及維修。入住第一晚發現電話壞，通知職員後第二天才更換及維修，廁所燈都有壞，到第三晚才修理。清潔程度可以，但酒店每天清楚房間後都不給客人補給充足的物品，eg:棉花棒、毛巾、牙刷等等。酒店應於這方面做檢討及改善。不過我還會推薦此酒店給朋友，因此價錢能享有露台海景房，更有按摩浴缸算是超值。但還希望酒店日後可以作出更好的改善，讓入住的旅客更難忘。

Helpful staff, nice view, quiet but convenient

Staff can't be more helpful. They offered help even before you asked for it and when it's out of their duties. Very Spacious room with an unbeatable sea view. Located around 15-20 minutes from the walking street with a quiet environment.

Excellent sea view with jacuzzi! Nice and clean room, and staff are also helpful! Will visit there if we choice Patong beack again! Overall is Great! Except Wifi Service (it cannot access)

提前一个月预定了，看中了他家的房间，预定的是Deluxe Double studio with sea view and spa bath 和 Connecting studios with sea view两个房型，且备注需要蜜月布置。17.30到点后发现，其中第一个房间不对，跟酒店说了半天，说他们没有看到，还好我打印出来我的预订单，他们才确认房型，一开始我跟前台说，他们说没有房间了，都满了，然后看到我的订单后才说楼上还有一个房间，一看，就是我预定的房间，但是3楼对外有个电线桩，而且真个窗户全部被遮挡住了，悲剧，2楼，对面海边走的人都可以看到2楼人在干嘛，没有私隐了。最好是4楼，可惜说没有，然后我说蜜月房间布置，他们说没有，我说那类似欢迎水果欢饮饮料，都没有，一个房间是加床，就是弹簧床，很一般，价格不便宜，2个晚上，这2个房间一共2500元人民币，但是未享受到价值2500的服务~~~~一楼的泳池是对住客开放的，虽然很小，不够我也觉得OK，一般都是对面大海游好在过来泡下~~~，一楼还有个橱窗卖饰品，看中的还可以还价，呵呵。买了一个珍珠手镯，开价600，还到400猪，还行，呵呵。

激氣 + 無奈的經驗

去到酒店, 竟然話收唔到我個booking, 我本來訂左3人的sea view房, 之後同我地講無房, 得返最後一間2人房, 會加張摺床, 又無景睇....我地問佢咁俾左d錢點, 第1日話第2朝退返差價俾我地, 第2日就話經理唔係度無人知, 話第3日經理係度, 點知又唔見人, 到最後一日我地坐係大堂等片經理返黎先退到錢, 過程中佢d staff仲惡過我地咁!!! 最衰係每晚熱水都有限度供應, 第1個沖完已經無熱水, 有浴缸都無得用...問佢點, 話第2日先整到, 但我地玩左成日又攰又臭...最後俾隔離間房我地沖涼。更有2晚跳制無電!!!泳池竟然係路邊, 又細又無私穩. 芭東大把選擇, 一定唔會再住!!!

位置在巴東沙灘，算方便！但沖涼沒有熱水，而且水壓很差，床鋪有頭髮，不整潔！而且冷氣不夠！早餐說是免費的，我們每天叫一個粥加火腿炒蛋，加飲料一杯，結果我們結帳時卻要收費！因為只包一樣早餐，不包飲料...但我們第一天問服務生他說是免費的，十分不滿意！

This small property is directly across from the south end of Patong beach. It’s convent to walk to most of the most popular attractions in Patong. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a sea view suite which was excellent and the rooftop pool was wonderful. Cleaning staff were amazing and really friendly but the reception staff barely spoke and made you feel like an inconvenience if you asked them anything.
