舒服自在
距離Firenze S.M.N車站算近，搭公車2站就到，走路15-20分鐘。要到聖母百花教堂、中央市場那一帶，大約走20分鐘，有公車站，也方便。周圍乾淨整潔、環境安全。櫃檯人員相當熱心，提供旅遊美食資訊，房間溫馨，屬於簡便式。

Very Poor Room
The room we stayed in did not feature in any of the photos the hotel shows online - I booked a standard double. It did not have a safe as advertised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The window opened out onto an outdoor terrace space that was used by others staying at the hotel (people could drink and smoke on the "terrace") resulting in the curtains in our room being drawn 24/7 for privacy. There was no bedside lamp, but did have a very dim light above the headboard of the bed. The fan in the bathroom did not work, meaning the mirrors were constantly steamed up - the shower also leaked. The floors were dirty and dusty, soles of our white socks were black if we walked around the room with no shoes on. There were no plug sockets on either side of the bed, the room had a general lack of sockets (one above the TV and one next to the desk, the fridge - which was not very cold - took up the usage of the other socket). Very poor experience at this accommodation. I highly recommend looking elsewhere or booking a "premium" room so that you definitely avoid the room I was given. It was not worth the money.

The bathroom was small and the door hit the bed when you opened it. It was good to have a kettle tea and coffee in the room as well as a fridge. From reading the reviews I thought it would be a bit closer to the centre, but is was just a 20-25 min walk. The room was dated and could do with a refurb.

Högt pris för låg standard
Väldigt litet rum (Bokade vanligt standardrum). Fanns inte plats att ens öppna våra resväskor så vi fick lägga väskorna under sängen för att kunna röra oss i rummet. Bad om att få byta rum men den var inte möjligt. Hotellet ligger ca 10-15min promenad från stadskärnan vilket kändes ok. Rummet kändes rent och fräscht men var i stort behov av renovering! Trevlig personal i receptionen. Sammanfattat, dålig standard för det priset vi betalade.

Chambre avec balcon (patio) tres basic que nous partagions avec d autres, meubles vieillots , pas de séchoir à cheveux, lit et oreillers pas confortables, trop loins du centre touristique. Personne avant 9hrs am et le soir , donc jamais réussi a avoir coupon pour déjeuner. Quelques cafés instantanés thé et 2 bte d eau seulement C etait juste ok je ne retournerai pas.

The property was very unique in its style. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map and information about places to eat. There was a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee which was a bonus. The only thing that I would criticise is the pillows. The pillow was extremely hard and I had to replace it with the towels because I could not sleep.

Excellent place to stay
I wasn’t sure if I’ve made a good choice, and actually that’s was my first impression, I saw some imperfections that only needed to tell the management and they just spent all the effort to make us comfortable and they just did it!, it’s not a 5 star hotel but they treat you as a 6 stars guess, definitely I will use it when I come back. 10/29/2023
