Reserved online for 2 nights a 2 bed room, when checked in, did not have my correct reservation and did not have a room available with 2 beds. Had to get a room with 1 bed and was only booked for 1 night (which we did not know) so the following day when we were away we were checked out of our room and our personal belongings were picked up by the cleaning personnel and brought into a bathroom in the office. We are missing a personal item that seems to have gone missing. There were flies and other bugs in both of the rooms that we stayed in, as we had to recheck in for another night. It was a very unpleasant stay due to the mix up with the reservation and the conditions of the rooms. They DO NOT look like what the pictures show online. We will NEVER stay at Studio 6 again!

The lights outside the rooms attract a lot of flying bugs so when we opened the door to the room, 3 flew in and we had to find them and kill them. There was duct tape covering the stove. The light fixture on the ceiling had cords sticking out and the fixture was missing. The television only has local channels and is of poor quality-looks like viewing a television from the 80s. In the corner of the room there was a previously dead bug and dirt like they don’t clean that area because it’s hard to get to due to the bed being pressed up against the AC unit. Even though it was a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. One of the wash cloths had a hair on it. Before we left, we took off all of the bed to throw it on the floor and noticed gross stains on the mattress covers See attached pics. The pool had a black tarp on it and the black tarp had dirty brown water pooled up on it.
