absolutely hotrrable. No lift, no operational wi-fi, no phone inside the room to communicate with receptiopn which was out inyhe garden, ancient aircondition with cable connected control which could not cool the room. The worse was the attitute and behaviour. Another guests witnessign when I left within five minutes offered and helped me with my bags and to exit the extremely small dangerous parking. I made a complaint on hotels .com requesting full refund but the hotel through lies accepyed to refund only 2 days. my advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND PEOPLE

Lovely little hotel

It was a perfect sized hotel, with a lovely little pool. The only complaint I have is that the walls were thin, and doors slammed, so every time a guest came home late, I woke up. But I’m on holiday, and I don’t need to get up early, so all good.

Wonderful quiet stay

The hotel is perfect and way more comfortable and equipped than we expected from a small island town hotel. Its has a bar and good swimming pool areas (that we unfortunately didn't have time to use) with a comfortable lounge around it (we recommend using it to relax at night. They have a well-served and varied breakfast, but it start a little late to morning travelers (only at 9:00). The apartment was perfect too, with a small kitchen with a hob and a small fridge, a balcony to view the city and dry clothes, and a toilet with a wonderful shower and amenities. The bedroom has an extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets, a spacious wardrobe, a small safer, a TV, and an AC, which seems old but functions pretty good – however the balcony doors must be closed. The hotel team were very helpful, kind and gave us all the information we needed for local transportation and attractions, as well as handled easily on check-in and check out. The location of the hotel is quite good too, being in one of the main roads of Perdika and you can easily reach the nearby beaches, restaurants and shops by foot.

This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed). The pool area is clean with towels available at reception (you must ask), and drinks available from the bar are reasonably priced. Nice to have no restrictions on swim times so if you fancy an early morning swim or a night swim this is an added bonus! Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade frittata, pastries and cakes.

Exactly as advertised

The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and beautiful and my kids had so much fun! The hotel is within walking distance of a small grocery store and all the restaurants on the Perdika beachfront/port area.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The pool and grounds are beautiful. The staff & owner are so helpful & kind. The breakfast was all homemade and delicious. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return someday!!!

The deluxe room was spacious for 2 travelers, the grounds were beautiful, we spent some time at the bar by the reception as well as the pool. Outdoor bars as well as the restaurant recommended at check in, Nontas within walkable distance. Food at Nontas was absolutely phenomenal. Town is quiet and lovely. Highly recommend 😊

Oli tosi hieno hotelli ja kaunis uima-allasosasto baareineen. Tultiin hotellille myöhään ja huomattiin, että ilmastointi ei huoneessamme toiminut. Huone oli todella kuuma. Sängyssä oli moskoittoverkko, mutta pieniä hyttysiä oli paljon ja ne pistelivät. Toisessa varaamassamme huoneessa ei ollut näitä ongelmia.

Lovely stay

Lovely small little hotel, stayed in Stone Villa which was fine with kids, would have been perfect if 2 adults staying as the sofa area would be used for that and the layout was great. Wee fridge in room which is ideal. Couple of lights out including on the balcony which they didn’t fix despite being asked, little details often help. Breakfast local food and great for a small hotel - kids very happy with the choice. Staff all very friendly and clearly a family affair. Really nice pool area and we managed a swim even thought it’s April. Easy to walk down to Perdika and we preferred staying here to the main town - east to get around with a car too.

Lækkert hotellet til afslapning.

Dejligt afslappet atmosfære og super service. Hotel- og poolområdet, er smukt indrettet og meget lækkert at opholde sig i. Her er ingen stress og stedet er ideelt til afslapning. Vi lejede en bil for en dag til 35€ den blev leveret til hotellet og afhentet igen. Nemt og enkelt. Genvalg? Helt sikkert!
