Horrific
The room was gross and dirty and the heater barely worked, the shower head literally trickled out. Super loud next to highway, no blow dryer. There’s no phone in the room and if you want something for your room like an extra pillow then just forget it! Terrible customer service too.

Gilligan
No phone, no lights,no motor car, not a single luxery...yes, Gilligan had it better. We got a single bed room and we weren't expecting much, but it got comical. Here's the list of missing items that should be a must in any motel room but were missing from this one.: working dead-bolt, internet, phone, t.v. (since there was no internet), plug in outlets except for 1 wall, hand soap, (shampoo too), and I believe there was supposed be be breakfast. But we did get two fly strips hanging off the bathroom mirror that were pretty full, and a branch (a literal tree branch) to keep the window locked. Frankly, the bed was comfortable, the heater worked, we had toilet paper, and quiet neighbors.

This place is terrible. It was $80 for a dirty room with a door that has clearly been locked in at least once and is still broken. There is no telling if the need was changed before we got there, but it sure did not look like it. Tweakers and junkies all over the place, and the facilities were truly filthy. There aren’t a lot of options in Helena but there had to be something better. Maybe a shelter.

HORRIBLE at its finest
Guests smoking pot outside my room. Room was disgusting. Toilet was clogged and full of toilet paper. No garbage cans anywhere in room. Hotel was so sketchy I wasn't comfortable leaving til morning so basically trapped in nastiness for the night.

HORRIBLE
Discussing!!! I would suggest no one ever stay there. We didn’t even stay. Walked in and booked another room somewhere else and left. Garbage ski high outside. Ac did not work. No screen in the window and probably would have gotten a std if slept in bed. While place was scruffy look and feel. Did not feel safe even with the husband

The room stunk of cigarettes, the blanket had cigarette burns and the sheets where disgusting, the pillows smelled like pee and the bed stunk too, went to the office and asked for a new sheet and air freshener…they didn’t have either…was told that house keeping would bring me a new sheet and they never did. The bathroom wall looked like it had been peed on, the bathroom sink had a syringe lid and hair in it, the toilet had toilet paper floating in it. Tv didn’t work, another room was blaring music and you could hear people yelling and screaming, as well as dogs barking. A car alarm went off around 1am and it blared for nearly an hour. The outside area was filthy. They might be concerned cheap but tbh they should pay you to stay there. I recommend spending the extra $10-20 to go somewhere else.

No sleep for me
I am a travel nurse who goes to bed at 9 pm and am up by 4. Outside my window, ALL 3 NIGHTS, the husband of one of the workers sat in his car with the windows down hacking and coughing up NASTY crap from 10 pm to 11 pm the last night lasting until 1130 when i finally asked him to move his car to do that. He said he had a medical condition (which as a nurse, i undersrand) BUT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and have some respect for the people staying in a place your wife works at! Not to mention some self respect.(and maybe quit smoking!) I would like a refund as i got less than 3 hours sleep all 3 nights!

When we arrived, red flags IMMEDIATELY went up in our heads. There were several rough looking people hanging out on the balconies, eyeing us up as we got out of the truck. We went in and did actually get decent service from the guy working behind the counter. When we went back out to the car, the number of people that were standing outside their rooms looking over the parking lot had tripled, and they all gave off ex convict violent druggist vibes. We left and didn’t come back as soon as we were in the car. This place could be a location in Breaking Bad. DO NOT COME HERE.

I was looking for the least expensive place to stay in Helena and this was it. Everything worked, except the bathroom exhaust fan, which was missing. The shower was good. The room was acceptably clean, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The countertop had worn spots.

The room was filthy and had cigarette burns everywhere. All of the outdoor garbage cans that surround the building smelled and were overflowing onto the ground. When we pulled back the covers to the bed we noticed crumbs on the sheets. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere.
