We stayed four nights here and the first two nights were terrible. We were on level three with a balcony and the noise was awful - I think we averaged 2 hours sleep both nights. We asked to move rooms and we got the family room on the bottom level - much better - but of course paid extra for it. The lovely lady who cooks breakfast in the mornings was wonderful and so friendly! As was the door man 🙂 Fantastic location and the coffee shop at the end of the road was amazing

We had a great stay. The front desk officer was very kind and accommodating. Our last day, we left our luggage to have last minute shopping.
