Very noisy, great location
Room tidy and clean, location was perfect, breakfast was alright, there was a dance competition on and the hotel was full of them. You would think the kids would be having an early night if dancing the next morning but that wasnt the case the parents where steaming in the bar until it closed at half 1 kids running riot and the noise was mental. Might be ok if your room is on a higher level but ours was right next it.

It was close to entertaiment venues and great for shopping. Rooms need updating, leaking taps and shower head. Poor hygiene in room. It was smelly on arrival. Very dissapointing as we were looking forward to a lovely weekend break.

Room was small and tired toilet door would not close ,no hot water in the morning cold shower!! front plate of power point in toilet open, did note look anything like what was advertised on the website ,advertised evening meals but was told it was only for coach parties . We booked this hotel because it was supposed to be what was advertised it certainly wasn’t worth the money !!!

Mixed place
On arrival was informed they were not allowing pets in future however that was, why i choose the place. Good Central location in Blackpool, Drop off space out front is useful , large place with music as warned in the rooms but strangely not in the corridors or outside but did not go on too late. No Fan in bathroom so plenty of steam. Breakfast went well.

Room way too small, bedside cabinet hinge broken, everything tatty and the toilet stinks of sewage smell into the room, night was uncomfortable as other guests smoking cannibis in the next room and smell coming through into ours. At one point we actually contenplated getting a taxi back home and checking out. The staff were all lovely and made us welcome, very chatty unfortunately the overall experience for the price was disappointing.

Nice guest house, next to Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, close to town centre. Nice friendly bed & breakfast. Happy hour in the bar and evening entettianment on a weekend.
