Air condition did not work. 100 degrees outside the door. 100 plus inside the room. Request another room because of the temperature inside. Promised to get another room in 30 minutes, never happen. 3 hours later finally got another room after another face-to-face request. Phone didn't work in the room. Bed was not made Keys for the room did not work had too repeatedly request another key to open the doors. Request other items and never received them. That room was not a premium room that I reserved. More like a below standard room.

When I was checking in the front desk didn’t have any record of me booking through hotels.com even though I had booked hours before check in. The 1st room they gave me smelled like a dead animal, the second smelled like body odor. The 3rd room they gave me smelled like mold but it was better then the first two so I just had to settle because I could cancel or get a refund according to hotels.com. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here .

It smelled like ashtrays. There were roaches and flys in the room and around the entry door. The y had police with bulletproof vest walking around. It was the absolute worst. This property was very run down and dirty. The mattress was very stained. No protector. The furniture in the room was falling apart. No trash can. And the pictures online looked NOTHING like in person. We didn’t stay. We checked in. Went to the room (saw the condition) and came back to the lobby and asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

I made the mistake of reserving a room here without reading the reviews. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding. The hotel is in a bad area surrounded by transients . I did not feel safe so I left and paid double for another room at another hotel chain.
