Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Greeting staff has been helpful and the team constantly checks in via messages to ensure comfort and ease of stay. Ample transport options around the area and within reasonable walking distance. There are nearby restaurants and shops. But the best thing is the closeness to the place where the last supper painting is located

Great stay! Communication with Milan royal & luxury Stay was super fast and especially helpful when it came to storing our luggage. The location couldn’t be better—everything was within easy reach. The apartment was good but very small for 3 , the room , bathroom was very clean, for a couple of days was ok, and if you have not too much luggage, the person in charge was very friendly and although we have a little issue at beginning , it was solved fast.

It's important to mention that this isn't a hotel per se; they're more like apartments or studios. There's no reception or lobby. All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good.

Host was very helpful. AC cool, provided us with espresso coffee and tea and water for each guest. They even give us toothbrushes and toothpaste. If you come from the Cadorna train station, it will take 10mins walk. If you come from the central station, you can take the metro to the apartment and only 2mins walk from it, which is better if you have lots of luggage to drag.

I liked the size of the flat, the level of comfort of the beds. The location was also quite good. The shower was amazing. The check in process was a bit challenging. We were sent to the wrong address and with kids and lots of luggage and stress getting hold of the property manager. Also, the kitchen could use some more pots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Great location and safe, walkable to great restaurants and tourists spots; spacious enough for our family of 6. The company was very responsive and accommodating when we had to drop off our luggage early and check out late. They provided water, Netflix, soap, shampoo, towels… all the essentials. Cons: It wasn’t exactly as shown on pictures as the company manages multiple apartments. Some parts of the apartment were old & not painted.

Great Location, Bad Customer Service

The apartment is in a great location. It is within walking distance of activities. This is about the only good thing about it. No regular cleaning service. You will need to request cleaning and fresh towels. The hot water tank went out. We called to get it serviced and the rep was very rude complaining it was too early. We had no hot water and it was in the winter. We were supposed to get a partial refund, but they reneged because they said they came that morning to fix. But they only came because my wife kept pushing back to get it fixed. If you can find another place in the area book with the other place instead. By far, one of the worse customer service experiences.

Let me start by explaining that we had a totally different expectation of this lodging. We knew they were apartments but thought there was at least a lobby or front desk. Ended up arriving to a stand alone apartment building, with different entrances after the main door. Then having to go upstairs walking with all the luggage because the elevator is super tiny we wouldn’t fit. Then upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t ready for five guests. Coming from driving several hours, and tired, we were expecting a smoother check-in process. Anyhow, the staff was VERY KIND, attempting to solve the issues as they came up. We communicated diligently via WhatsApp. We didn’t sleep too well the first night. This city seems to never sleep. We could hear from the window the passing of the cars the whole night. So the staff kindly moved us to another nearby location that was much calmer in terms of street noise. That was a SUPERB UPGRADE indeed!!! What a huge difference! 👏👏👏 It made the rest of our stay such a better and more memorable experience! Bravo!! 😀😀😀
