Faz exato um ano que estive no hotel e retornei este final de semana, apesar do hotel ter recebido upgrades como piscina, etc... Achei que a limpeza caiu bastante de qualidade em relação ao ano passado, bem como o café da manhã não estava tão bom quanto da primeira vez. Também o cofre do quarto não estava funcionando. Se não fosse estes detalhes o hotel seria maravilhoso, espero que consigam reestabelecer o padrão que era há um ano atras.

Uma boa alternativa em Porto Alegre

É um bom hotel mas alguns pontos no serviço precisam melhorar. 1) estávamos em casal contudo toda a roupa de banho era em uma unidade como os apetrechos de banheiro, 2) demoraram na arrumação do quarto, 3) o café da manhã apesar de apresentar alguma variedade a qualidade deixou a desejar bem como o serviço. Pareceram enrolados na cozinha 4) o cofre apresentou defeito e demorou para ser aberto. O saldo final é positivo.

Higiene dos quartos ruim

Solicitamos berço para o bebê e não tinha disponível . Nosso quarto tinha um cheiro horrível de mofo e umidade . Qdo chegamos não tinha toalhas para todos hóspedes e tinha algo gosmento no chão do banheiro e muitas formigas no chão do banheiro próximo à porta . Restante do hotel é ótimo , café da manhã excelente .

Como hóspede frequente, percebo a constante substituição de funcionários na recepção, sendo que é comum alguns deles em treinamento ou iniciando a função. Normalmente há demora no processo e dúvidas quanto a como utilizar o sistema operacional;

Hotel atende as expectativas, porém na hora da reserva teríamos direito a 2 drinks os quais foram disponíbilizados na hora do check-in pelo hotel para ser utilizado no restaurante tercerizado do hotel (NOI), quando fomos utilizar so poderia ser agua, refri ou suco. No cafe da manha no mesmo restaurante fomos mal atendidas por um garçom afrontoso que na hora do pedido chegou a fazer piada e dizer que poderia nos dar de graca a comida. O hotel é bom, mas o atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar deixando assim um má impressão geral.
