PESSIMA! Hotel chiuso. Nessun avviso, né sul sito, né per email tantomeno chiamata. Hanno lasciato in difficoltà i clienti che avevano già prenotato.

Ambiente, come si presenta, essenziale ma dall' indubbio fascino. La camera spaziosa, forse per il periodo estivo risente dell' assenza di un frigo-bar; il bagno, come segnalato in altre recensioni, è piccolo ma pienamente rispondente alle funzioni. Pulizia eccellente con buona colazione. Unico rimpianto: non aver avuto tempo bastante per godere appieno della tranquillità del posto, del chiostro.

sono già stato l'anno precedente in quest'hotel e non posso che confermare soprattutto la gentilezza e la pulizia assoluta delle camere.colazione nella norma.sono rimasto deluso però dal fatto che tramite hotels a loro risultava la prenotazione di una singola e mi è stata data(coppia con un bambino) una stanza veramente piccolissima.in sostanza...tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel...ma senza passare da hotes.com.

Tutto sommato bene.

Hotel ricavato da un antico convento dei frati minori per cui le stanze sono proprio le "celle" dei frati, di conseguenza spazio limitato nei bagni e in camera questa sprovvista, per giunta, di scrivania e minibar. Gli altri ambienti, essendo un ex convento, sono molto ampi anche la sala colazione e a proposito della colazione questa, più che a buffet, sa di classica continentale. Per il resto: parcheggio gratuito, cortesia del personale, pulizia degli ambienti, ottima posizione per raggiungere il Pal'Art Hotel, ex Palasport Tupparello, e il centro di Acireale. Diciamoci, però, francamente più che 4 merita un 3 di stelle.

Hotellet er et stadig fungerende kloster, hvor munkene bor på 1. sal. 2. sal er reserveret til hotelgæsterne. Atmosfæren er fantastisk og servicen fremragende. San Biagio Resort får derfor mine bedste anbefalinger, og jeg regner med at vende tilbage som turist en dag. (Var på forretningsrejse)

De eerste nacht van ons verblijf op Sicilië. Goed hotel om te wennen. Het ligt vlakbij het centrum, met veel restaurants en waar nogal wat monumenten te zien zijn.

L'albergo ha grandi potenzialità ma mal sfruttate

L'hotel ha una struttura bellissima: ex convento con un chiostro meraviglioso dove fare colazione. Purtroppo i servizi non sono all'altezza di un cinque stelle. Camere piccole, senza quelle comodità base che ti aspetteresti da un 4 stelle, come frigo bar, appendiabiti o doccino nel box doccia. Inoltre, considerando che l'hotel si trova in Sicilia, nota per la sua gastronomia e in particolare per i dolci, la colazione era davvero di basso livello per ciò che concerne la pasticceria: cornetti e crostate che sembravano industriali, duri e con pochissima varietà. Altro aspetto negativo è stato che durante il nostro soggiorno la proprietà dell'hotel aveva dato una sala a dei famosi pianisti in città per dei concerti, per potersi esercitare. Peccato che le esercitazioni partivano dalle 9 di mattina fino alle 20 di sera senza interruzioni. Di fronte alle nostre lamentele per non riuscire a riposare, uno dei manager ci ha risposto "Ma sono pianisti di fama mondiale, lei dovrebbe essere contento". Si, se vado a sentirli in un concerto per scelta. No, se prenoto un hotel per una vacanza di relax e sono COSTRETTO a sentire suonate di pianoforte per 11 ore al giorno, anche nelle ore di riposo dopo pranzo. Comunque trovo che la risposta data dal management sia stata davvero assurda. Altra nota positiva dell'hotel oltre la struttura stessa, Alberto, un ragazzo della reception che ha fatto di tutto per venirci incontro e migliorare la nostra esperienza di soggiorno. Grazie ancora!

Hôtel propre mais sinistre.

Hôtel très propre, chambre vaste, accueil commercial sans plus. Il faut être un bon chrétien pour apprécier la décraion digne d'un ancien séminaire ! Ambiance sinistre !! Prix beaucoup trop cher : 65 euros largement suffisant surtout sans petit déjeuner.

Le charme d'un ancien couvent avec un cloitre superbe ! Les chambres sont les anciennes cellules, donc un peu petites mais confortables. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner. A deux pas du centre à découvrir.

Excellent hotel , qualité/prix excellent en cet période de mars , parking gratuit , trés important en sicile ,souvent les hotels sont situés en ville , une vraie galére pour stationner , le PD est correct , un peu trop de produits sucrés , et malheureusement comme tous les hotels , l'absence de vrai jus d'oranges (ça manque pas )
