Was looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was cold and the pool only had about 3/4 of the water it should have had in. I booked 2 rooms in the booking asked for 2 queens was only given 1 room with 2 queens annd other room was a king. Were placed on 2 different floors.

They first checked us in to a room not cleaned. Moved us to a clean room, but next morning we woke up to the cleaning staff entering our room unannounced. Management had no explanation for either mistake, and were uninterested in any resolution beyond the minimum empty apology. At checkout they couldn't print my receipt, had to leave my email (same that I booked with). Leaving this review 3 days after checkout, haven't received my receipt. Sonesta will not be an option for us next time.

Cleaning crew must have been asleep
The staff were excellent. First room our tv did not work and smelt horrible so the front desk staff, Lee easily gave us a different room. The 2nd room smelt better, the tv worked but there was urine all over the toilet seat and bathroom floor - once again Lee came to the rescue as we asked if he could thoroughly clean it which he did. We usually have a good stay here so were surprised at this definite cleaning oversight.

Somehow I was double booked and the hotel manager called hotels.com to confirm a refund right away. The staff were helpful and the room was clean with all amenities working. A Cozy quiet stay.

This hotel is showing its age and lack of upkeep. Our room had no soap, the towels were yellow, and the carpet was coming away from the wall. The pool was frigid - so cold we couldn’t swim. And the dirty hot tub was broken. I don’t think we’ll be back.

First time staying here..the front clerk on arrival was very friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The pool and hotub were in very rough condition, rust spots , cement cracked, paint chips all over..and jets not working in hot tub. Once up in room after went to have a shower...the water hardly came up to shower..no water pressure and never got warm..so had to have cold showers. Went to lock up room for night and deadbolt has been removed from door and just a hole in door plate where it used to be. TV remote did not work but was able to figure out on tv. Was quiet hotel for sleeping and bed was very comfortable. Went down for breakfast..the coffee machine had no milk in it so instead of a latte it was water added to coffee. Juice machine did not have juice in it..and yogurt machine was broken. I understand hotels are hurting, i think better if they cant keep up with all the breakfast options either put signs on the machines or remove them. At check out the staff was really nice akd friendly..but when i let them know about the shower they seemed concerned but offered no resolution of a discount or any solution.

Microwave needed to be replaced as it kept dying. Front desk attendant needed to remove the sink drain stopper since it was stuck and stayed like that for the stay. I contacted twice to ask if the pool and hot tub were working. Never received a message back. Arrived and hot tub jets not working. Got home and my credit card was charged for the stay I already paid for. Contacted the property to inquire and there was no answer .
