Staff were helpful however hardware upgrades are needed: 1) only one chair in our room for two guest. 2) kettle is too big for the sink 3) drain at shower not working well, causing flooding at shower 4) remote controller for aircon was missing so we had to contact reception.
In addition, no hand towels, bath towels had stains. No recycling bin in room.
Card charge is 1.5%.
We paid for 3 people for full breakfast and ordered one coffee by barista, still got charged.
We were given rooms at level 1. By my wife’s request we had rooms at level 6, windows facing a building only few metres away.
My general feeling is that if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy, you are not very welcomed.
Above all, staff at reception were helpful.
