Very professional staffs and excellent service. The breakfast was the highlight. They made our stay incredible. Thank you so much.

Hotellet är bra: trevlig personal, utmärkt frukostbuffè, luftigt rum, bekväm säng, bra pris. Men om du vandrar längs Thames så är det en tråkig promenad längs hårt trafikerad väg upp till hotellet.

Stayed here twice now and it’s always a pleasant and convenient spot.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, towels and bed linen spotless but everything else needs a good deep clean. No adjacent parking

fabulous spacious rooms, great kitchen, comfortable bed. the only draw back is the downtown LA location being in an area that really is a bit sketchy. Not great for a single female traveler

Top personeel! Goed bed. Goed ontbijt.

Not too far from the train station. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby. Great area. Nice hotel. Decent value.

Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings

Everything here is great. Only issue was no parking, Expedia had said free parking, we had to park off property at a shopping center, Expedia should recheck their listing

Staff were nice but understaffed & rushing everywhere. Toilet tank ran constantly & flooded bathroom. Reported to front desk asking to repair & clean room. They didn’t clean, did send maint next day while we were out. Their fix was to turn off water to the toilet, leaving us with no functioning toilet for a full day. Reported, nothing was done about it. Complained via online rep on checkout morning, was never contacted by anyone to even bother apologizing for the inconvenience. Breakfast was fine. Not worth the £10.95. Room was comfortable & air con worked well. Convenient location. No parking. Staff recommended an unsupervised paid lot a block down which worked but wasn’t ideal.

This property feels neglected. I witnessed a business break-in and fleeing criminals on the street at 8pm beside the property so the area felt unsafe. Dirty room carpets and the bathroom felt grimy. At one point all the room cards stopped working, triggering a long queue and wait for guests who could not access their rooms. Pricing is affordable but I would stay elsewhere and pay more next time I'm in Maidenhead.

Extremely Weak Internet

room is clean but has a strange smell; biggest problem is internet. I come on a business trip and the hotel's internet is the weakest I have seen in the past 10 years, most likely by intention, because it also offers a normal speed with extra fee.
