Not the best Hampton Inn, but adequate
The staff was friendly, but we were not informed there was only maid service every other day. The room was very large, clean upon check-in, but there were visible signs of wear and tear, especially the large desk area that was missing a third of the laminate making it useless except to keep luggage off the floor. The breakfast served had adequate options, but the heated food was not at the correct temperature and needed a quick zap in the microwave. Tables were not cleaned in a timely manner due to lack of kitchen staff. The area was quiet despite our room being close to the pool and the hotel seemed to be completely booked. Upon leaving I brought up the wear and tear being so bad in the room and the desk attendant said they were scheduled for a remodel, but it was now pushed back into a later date in 2025.
