After greeting the person at the front desk in a friendly manner, he simply asked for my drivers license and credit card, and couldn't bother to get off his fat ass. What's happened to Hilton?? Why would they put someone at the front desk who acts like he's working at an auto parts store?
The room was fine, except they had the dishwasher running for our first two hours (we checked in at 5:30, so had to endure the loud noise of it until 7:30).
Tried the pool: in addition to being super cold, they have some crazy policy where you have to go to the front desk, sign a waiver, and then you can't even access it from the courtyard. So, forget the poolside BBQ experience.
Overall, this place is not worth it.
