Jay was excellent at customer service but your staff not really helpful at all as we reserved our back in February and personnel when asked about how does the price change on reservations could not explain to me why it was way higher than what was on reservations I will not be using your site to book room in future

NOT HAPPY WITH RED RIVER INN AND SUITE.

We WERE HAPPY WITH RED RIVER INN AND SUITE 😠 The TV didn’t work! there was NO WIFI and the room was hot took forever to cool. The bed squeak, the iron was crack,fridge was a little cold. Rooms don’t look nice like they do online. My husband try to watch the Ranger game thank god for his phone he was able to watch it. Breakfast was insane, There was not a good variety of food for breakfast to offer guest. You would think for the price they charger to stay there at least have a decent breakfast.!!!! Every thing was thrown everywhere. No coffee cups or creamer. They said they were going to give us a discount but we still haven’t heard from the manager. Never again would I stay there!!!!!!!

Don't do it!

Please don't bother staying here. It feels like a neglegted nursing home and smells like one as well. The floor of our room was sticky, and the linens on the bed were questionable we got our own sheets out of the car, pulled everything but the fitted sheet off and slept on top of that with our own sheets and blankets. All the towels were rough and varying types one of the washcloths was accidentally dirty, I mean brown! We were exhausted or we would have left. Also unfortunately we book through hotels.com and no refunds are available. We slept 4 hours and got back on the road. Nightmare!

Not good for $220

We arrived around 1:30pm and were met immediately by a woman front desk associate telling us we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Meanwhile the front desk staff member was lining up several rows of reservation slips on the counter. So at 3pm we got in line with 3 other waiting guests and got checked in. If you have clean rooms when guests arrive, why are you creating ill will and making them wait unnecessarily? The room...bathroom door could not be propped open. No bar soap and big obvious yellow stains on 3 of the towels. Ice bucket had no lid and looked like something from the 60's. Saw several dead roaches in the hallway. No eggs or breakfast meat for comp breakfast. The young man who checked us in at 3 was very pleasant and personable. Too bad the owners don't invest in some updates.They are taking full advantage of their location for concert goers in an area with compressed hotel room availability.

Never again

Wanted the room for just 1 night for a concert event. Got to room after concert..bed was hard as a rock..couch was not much better. TV remote did not work. We left room st 1 drove home 1.5 later. Would love to have gotten my money back but at the time..to tired and just wanted to go home.

Couch looked as if someone had had sex on it !

Water in sink did not have that reserve on it to keep you from getting sprayed when the water was on. Cable was out for the entire stay and more lighting is needed in the room. All in all it served my overnight stays purpose.

The AC/Heater did not work. End tables were dirty. Floor tile in bathroom was loose. Shower curtain was broken. Definitely not worth the price

Let down

TV didn't work. In room phone didn't work. In room coffee maker didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't laych closedand lock. Were told we would receive a discount. No discount given.
