The majority of the property is either closed or under repair due to tornado damage . dining only available Thursday onwards . No alternative available except the township itself . Rooms in the lodges are dated and in need of some internal repairs . Adequate

Stayed here for my sister's wedding on Thursday night. The place itself is amazing the views and atmosphere is great. The rooms are below where they should be for the price. Holes in the wall mould in the mat in the shower that can't be removed. Holes in the shower walls at the bottom of the wall. Towels had marks on from blood or something I don't even want to think about. For the amount we paid I expected a hell of a lot more.

Loved the venue for the wedding we attended. The rainforest backdrop, the food and the staff were exceptional The room was very clean and staff extremely helpful The bathroom floor was slippery and the shower extremely slippery. Difficult for us in our 70s

Due to horrible weather and no access to property- your site giving to book this Cedar Lodge ??? There was access to property, no lights, Police closed all roads due to flooding and we stuck in middle without any Hotel booking , called to Cedar Lodge 10 times , no pick , left 5 messages , not single reply, we stuck with family in Jungle on Mountain road , its shame , asked them Refund , asap , still waiting, I am waiting your reply also . One of the worst value for money accomodation we have ever had! While searching for power point to plug my cpap machine in, needed to pull bed forward, build up of fluff dust ect very poor… water pressure in the shower practically non existent.. spindle in taps bent making them hard to turn…will never recommend their accomodation to anyone!!

Through wotif, I booked the hotel for date 15 and 16 Juky. However, I received the information booking on the 10 and 11 July. After I contacted Wotif and the hotel about the dates was error; (I wasn't made the error date, it was wotif website) they were reluctant to allow me to change the dates or giving credit. So, I paid for the hotel which I didn't stay; it was impossible for me to Go to the property at it was Monday and both my husband were working. They charged me for the dates hotel that I didn’t book. The booking dates were a mistake; they were reluctant to refund my money for a night stay of $195. How cruel, I paid for the accommodation which I didn’t even stay. Should be giving at least another dates to stay. I'd never recommend the Creek Lodge to the community around the globe, charge way too much and doesn’t have any consideration, and cruel.

Located in a beautiful area with lots to do. Basic older type motel. Chief drawbacks were the lack of water pressure and varying temperatures. The window blinds block out sun, but not around the edges. We experienced issues with other guests who would sit in front of our window talking late into the night. They need quiet hours.

Loved the wedding venue would have loved a heads up on the birds flying in for food a few signs at the catering van would have been helpful and the room we had was really not up for letting as the shower was missing a cold tap so hot water only not a good idea asked to get it fixed waited for someone to come as we were told someone would come waste of time as no one showed and no notification to say other wise not happy
