Frisch, frech & völlig absurd

Ein spannendes Hotel. Die Lobby sieht wunderbar aus und ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und kümmert sich für den Gast um alles! Das Hotel ist nicht alt, trotzdem wirkt alles schon ein wenig „abgewohnt“, als würde das Interieur nicht gepflegt werden. Die absolute Höhe ist allerdings das Zimmermädchen, das unser Zimmer öffnete während wir noch drin waren und fragte, ob sie denn jetzt sauber machen könne. Mal punktet das Prada als absolutes Luxushotel, mal fragt man sich, wo man denn hier gelandet ist. Es hat schon fast etwas kurioses an sich und ist dadurch irgendwie auch unterhaltsam. Deswegen würde ich den Besuch trotzdem empfehlen, wenn man über so etwas gut lachen kann.

hotel in a land time forgot

Hotel is located in a construction site. I was assured by several locals that the area had been in a state of semi-construction for a number of years including the rich Prada which has clearly only been half completed. You have to drive / walk 7/8 km to reach the main road as the hotel is set back into this incomplete resort so you do feel detached from all the main attractions, cafes, bars etc. cannot fault the staff - they would do their utmost to accommodate and make you comfortable. Rooms and facilities were dated and well in need of an upgrade.

The pool is not open and appears to not have been for a long time. If you are wanting a place with a pool I would look elsewhere. Also the breakfast is horrible with unpleasant atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful with lovely bathtubs and comfortable beds. The ocean/golf views are stunning.

Une blague....

Un spa....sans eau...il ne fonctionnait pas. Résultat, rien à faire dans l'hôtel!une baignoire déguelasse, impossible à nettoyer car boucher! L'eau ne se évacuait pas. Bref...non merci

Not where it says

As a young traveller I rarely splurge And treat myself to a nice hotel. I booked this one as lastminute advertised it as 600m to where I wanted to be at Bingin beach. When I got there it was a lot further away - at least 15 min by car. The room was fantastic but the hotel boasts on the website an in house spa - which does not yet exist. It also boasts a restaurant as well as a cafe - the cafe does not exist. The food is average at the restaurant. They offer a free transport service but there is only 1 driver so the likeliness of his availablity is rare. The staff are friendly and apologetic and you can tell they have had a lot of complaints. Their understanding of English is very limited. Overall the room was the only good thing about the hotel. Clean comfortable and massive beds. Not much choice of channel on the tv.

Do not stay here, false advertising!!

Very Disappointed!!!I want a refund for the misleading information. Hotels.com please contact me directly. Misleading website, no spa, no pool(as shown on Hotels.com website for Rich Prada), no hotel grounds.No coffee shop as listed on website. Photo of restaurant is not of the actual restaurant. Overlooks another hotels golf course that you can't access from hotel, staff while nice didn't speak english well, maps and brochures provided dated 2012.Hot water in room took a minimum of 10minutes before getting warm (not hot). Resort is quite a distance from anything else, not a walk. Staff told us that only 10 rooms were operational and is very poor build quality. Wifi does not work and internet kiosk as shown does not exist or is not available to guests. Do not stay here this is still under construction with no time frame to finish.
