As long as you read the reviews and take note of the lack of A/C, daily parking fee, late-night noise, and limited amenities, you should be fine. While the property definitely needs some overall TLC, we had no issues during our stay, and we had multiple friends who rented rooms there as well. The main highlight is the location, as it’s within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping.

It is a funky motel without AC. The staff is very nice. Parking is $10 a day. You are a block from the beach and that makes this motel amazing. It is walkable to so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc.

It's an ideal motel for the younger generation, not for the older !! Will sat the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and a block from the beach BUT no air conditioner just 2 big fans....and it was hot & humid this weekend! There is a charge for pets & parking. Again, not a bad motel for the young beach goers.

You have to ask for towels. They put all the smoking rooms downstairs and the fumes rise up filling the 2nd floor non smoking with fumes. Location is great. They should tear these down and build a really nice high rise motel
