훌륭한 가성비와 여러 부대 시설이 거의 완벽에 가깝게 되어 있습니다. 거리도 홍대 중심에서 그렇게 멀지 않기 때문에 이용하기 좋습니다.

Everything was immaculate, high tech, safe, beautiful room, very comfortable and relaxing! There's only a kiosk entry so if you don't speak Korean might be tricky because there's no "staff," just remote service.

Room was not clean. About 15 mins walk to nearest subway. Front line Staff tried to help with check-in and overall questions, but the cleaning staff was terrible.

Stayed 9 nights. Request for cleaning but no one come for cleaning until further follow up. End staff came and change towel, never change bedsheets or do any cleaning. Need to communicate to them in korean even though i don’t understand korean. WhatsApp them and there are no response till you make multiple WhatsApp to them then they will read your WhatsApp message. After picking up call, they don’t speak English at all so need to use google translate to type out your request all into Korean. They won’t translate your message to them in English and its a must to WhatsApp them in Korean. There are smelly sewage smell and body can get itchy from sleeping on the bed. It’s basically nightmare staying in the hotel as there are no one to assist. Bathtub is not clean properly like what other mentioned. The staff that came for cleaning gave a very black face. Floor are quite dusty. Surrounding area got a few bus stops and restaurants nearby. Metro need to walk around 15mins.
