When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47º and we found no thermostat. Again, contacting the local representative, he said they had a space heater, but had removed it because it was summer. (This was May 14) He would bring another the following day. We did find the bed, which was a pull out hide-a-bed, which took two of us to open. There was a bottom sheet, but other bedding was in a closet, including pillows. The davenport pull out bed was lumpy to our touch, but we did not use it. The third bed was a couch used as a day/night bed. The sink in the bathroom was a pedestal, with no counter space for toiletries, etc. The door lock did not work, and the local representative simply said don't worry, it's a safe area. (5 miles out on a rural road) The "suite" was clean, a positive note. The odor from the neighbor's dinner was present. With no heat, no way to lock the door, we felt it was unsafe, and of course uncomfortable, we left, and did not stay. The online photos give a slightly different view of the property. If you are willing to put up with less than satisfactory accommodations, note the caveats we have listed. in addition to the room rate, the receipt also listed a large property fee for which there is no explanation.
