While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era.

Great location, but the building was so old and the place was cracking. The shower was hard to operate, no consistent hot water, skin had no counter space. The bed sheet didn’t fit the couch bed. There was no AC and it was so noisy from the street, the windows don’t even close. There was coffee stains in the coffee cup.

Indtjekning var et mareridt. Vi fik vores værelse næsten 2 timer efter vi kunne checke ind. Værelset i sig selv var okay. Der var ikke nok service og sovesofaen er til folk under 160 cm. Fjernsynet havde ingen kanaler og WiFi forbindelsen var så dårlig at det var svært at se VM finalen. Placeringen var rigtig god, men det er også det bedste jeg kan sige om dette sted.

The room was great, but it was missing a screen on the window. The staff was nice. Parking sucked. It was close, but someone broke my daughter’s windshield right off her car. That was the worst thing that happened to us. But the hotel was so close to everything. We did not have to drive anywhere. Lots of excellent restaurants in that area.

The location was great and the kitchen was as good as showed in the pictures. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was not as clean as mentioned and the WiFi did not work at all. We could not watch TV due to the internet connection. The mattress in the sofa was too old and not comfortable at all.

Clean property. Met single nite stay needs/expectations. Zero email/txt communication from hotel to provide door code/room# prior to arrival, per policy instructions. Called hotels.com/propery #x5 and got recording. No callback. 3 hotel guests let us into lobby@10pm and remained with us until live contact withproperty mgr.

We arrived early. They were able to take our luggage and store it till check-in time. They were very friendly And the room was better and bigger than imagined. Great little fridge kitchen area. Will definitely book this again when coming back to Seattle

The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers.
