The rooms are tiny, which is too be expected in Brooklyn, but some of the design choices were weird. The shelf over the sink seemed like a good idea, but makes it almost impossible to wash your face without banging your head. The shower enclosure clearly had to be macgyvered with a tension rod and curtain to keep the bathroom from getting soaked. And the stark white everything, with just a bit of black and red, made it all look kind of grim.
Absolutely no sign of the cute outdoor patio table set up that's in the picture online - there's a roof area, but it's not accessible to guests.
Bottom line, it was functional and very clean, but not really what I would call "boutique."
