We had a great stay. We had to do a late check-in and they made the process very smoothly for us. Would definitely highly recommend staying again.

The property was brand new and clean. The decor was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the amount of room we had. Would like to stay again in the future.

Check in was smooth and very friendly. The room was extremely clean and spacious. I do a lot of offshore fishing and this is going to be my new place to stay at when fishing.

8/10 很好

stayApt Suites at Hampton is an apartment style hotel. It had a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. When we stayed it had only opened a month ago and the room and common areas were immaculately clean. The staff was very kind. The rooms do open to an outdoor courtyard, but it does not feel like a motel or inn (your rooms are not accessible to the public. It's definitely an extended stay type of hotel, but we enjoyed our few days there (we were attending an event at the Hampton Convention Center). It's near an enormous amount of restaurants and shopping so there's plenty to do (a few minutes drive).

2/10 欠佳

At check-in, the process was extremely slow and the employee seemed unfamiliar with the system. I understand that everyone has to learn, so I was patient and expected things to improve. However, the interaction quickly changed. The employee became increasingly condescending and snappy when we asked questions. What initially seemed like a pleasant interaction quickly turned into a very uncomfortable one. We were also informed about the $250 deposit. If you aren’t already aware of this policy, it can be quite a surprise to suddenly be expected to pay an additional $250 for incidentals. The employee’s attitude while explaining it made the situation even more uncomfortable. After getting to the room, I was disappointed again. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. I ended up using my own cleaning products to wipe down the kitchen area, bedroom area, television, and other surfaces. The seating area also had visible white stain which made it difficult to feel comfortable sitting there. Later that evening, cigarette smoke could be smelled coming into the room from other guests, despite the property being advertised as non-smoking. The surrounding area also made us feel uncomfortable, and because of the experience we had at check-in, I did not feel comfortable approaching her. Just look for other places to stay this is not worth the headache or how gross it actually was and how surprising because it was just built.
