Excellent location and great amenities! Perfect location in the city center, very close to Termini station and even closer to the metro and bus stops. Great shopping nearby with a Pam supermarket and two stores at Termini (one open until 11:30 PM). The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a private bathroom, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Access to a shared kitchen with a fridge was a big plus. Highly recommend for a convenient stay!

The place is great, loved the painted suggestions for the Orosei area and how accessible it is. Would love to return!

Room was exactly as pictures, good bathroom and was very clean. They come in and clean the room as well which was a nice bonus

A great room for budget-friendly travelers in Rome. Close to the train station and metro which was quite convenient. The area also felt quite safe. Some issues like a broken elevator and no wifi for our entire stay which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, a good place to sleep.

Clean room but air conditioner was poor, close to everything and access to metro but parking was difficult to find

Location was good and close to Termini but there was no WiFi in my room and it's on the 4th floor with no elevator!! But if you're looking for a place to like just sleep and go on with your day then it's good for you.

Stay was excellent, one down fall was elevator not working and our room was on the 4th floor. Otherwise all was good. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

I would NOT recommend staying here. The room was very unpleasant: the bed wasn’t clean, the shelf above the bed was broken, the shower was missing a shower door, and there were no lamps or mini fridge in the room. We decided to leave the room to stay somewhere else and the property has not responded to my questions about a refund for the nights that we didn’t stay in the room even though I reached out to them immediately.

The room was dirty, the bedding was dusty, the restroom sink and bathroom disgusting. The AC was broken, the elevator was broken. The facility is not nice, the rooms are very small. Was not happy with my experience, did not end up staying here, had to book another room elsewhere. Save your money and book a different facility

When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not touch one towel or blanket , our garbage cans were filled and they said they cleaned the room. Terrible place to stay. Dusty and the Internet sucks.
