Hotel was very clean and in an excellent location near restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Market Square and to the University. The room was clean. The staff were very friend and helpful. You have to park in a parking garage a block away which is not terrible but also not the most convenient situation. I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice enough and the breakfast was good. The parking situation isn't the best. You have to park in a garage down the street and let them know each time you go in so they can validate your parking. Staff was great!

We stayed at this no frills hotel to go to a UT game. The location was good for walking to and from the game, downtown & we also went to a concert at the arena. The rooms were a bit small but that’s to be expected from an express location. My only minor complaint was that check in took forever (or maybe forever to me after a 5 hour flight). There was only one guy working and quite a line. I will say he was doing his best and was friendly and apologetic for the wait. We saw the same long line the next day so it didn’t seem like a one off. Overall I would stay here again and suggest it to others . Just be patient :)

I wish they'd had coffee in-room rather than making you go to the 2nd floor, where the coffee machine was usually broken. Also they didn't clean the room at all for some reason? And there was no gym even though it said there was.

The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am which evacuated the entire hotel. It was just a mess, but over all the room was made to work for us. They have two elevators and only one worked. Overall, it is in a central location in the city and is a 5 minute walk from everything. I would suggest another hotel for three or more people as the rooms are very tiny.
