There have been definite improvements made to the rooms--new flooring, painting (workers were working on the outside), furniture. The staff was friendly. The price was good. Continue updating the property and making improvements. (Also, the pool was not opperational).

The outside is a little outdated how our room was nice for the price ac struggled with it being 85 degrees out was not uncomfortable but was not my cool I like after a day of boating. If ac in rooms ever get better we will be back for sure! Staff was nice

It was average as far as stays go. Ive been to better motels but ive also stayed in worse hotels. Had to ask for clean towels and a new bedspread when we arrived. The room smelled musty and the bedspread was dirty on one of the beds. The lady did get us a new bedspread and she remade the bed. They dont clean or get the trash while your there. We spent 3 nights there so the trash was pretty piled up when we left. I did use walmart bags to at least bag the trash up. Overall I give it a 3 star.

We did not even stay... we were there 5 minutes before going to the office and telling them that the room was dirty and disgusting. Dead bugs on the windows seal, the bathtub was still dirty and had hair in it. The room also smelled like some smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. The front desk lady was not very help. I sent a message to Expedia customer service because she said I'd have to get my refund there but no word yet.

The room I booked not at all what we were offered. Booked off a 8.0 rating and amazing photos of new remodeled non smoking room. Restaurant lounge and arcade were listed .. nowhere to be found.
As we pulled in we immediately regretted our booking. This was a rent by the hour type hotel.
Trying to stay positive, we went in to view the inside .. there are no words to describe what we say. Live bugs crawling in the bed and whiteish "bodily" fluid very visible on the comforters. Took my family out as fast as possible.
Not 1 but multiple roaches. "Non smoking" was a joke. The room reeked of cigarettes and weed (not ok as my daughter is highly allergic to smoke)
We videoed the crawling bugs and cracks in the wall allowing us to see the outside and promptly returned our keys to leave. The staff we encountered was friendly but not the kind of person you want your family to experience.
Booked thru Expedia (who I messaged with pictures) told me sorry but nothing they can do. I would not recommend anyone stay here or expect any help from Expedia. I am Disappointed and repulsed to say the least. False advertising by both Expedia and the motel were obvious but the live bugs made my stomach turn
