Ideal location right by Liverpool one, staff we met were nice and helpful and welcoming, we were on the ground floor windows are wallpapered over so couldn't see out, I did feel it could do with paint job on woodwork. Cleanliness of the room was ok not great just ok not sure I would stay here again but location is perfect staff perfect just room bit of a let down

Hotel and room were amazing. Just a heads up on our 1 annoyance. They take a deposit of £50 from you on check in and it was 10 days before we got ours back having chased them when it got to a week. Fabulous place to stay though

Book this fantastic, friendly & incredibly central hotel. A warm welcome, hotel smells lovely & is spotless. We had a gorgeous spacious room for 2 nights, bed was very comfy. Nespresso in the room, nice toiletries, amazing power shower. Right next door to an Italian restaurant & you get 10% off (we didn't use though). No breakfast, but there is the best ever Italian bakery & cafe for coffee & pastries 1 minute up the road. Will be back - this place is a little haven in a busy city.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the station and key attractions. Room was modern very clean and comfortable with very good bed linen. bath towels and good quality toiletries. Will definitely use this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at 19 Duke Street. I was greeted with warm welcome from the friendly staff, who made me feel at home right away. Also, staff was very helpful. Really excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout. We had one small maintenance issue with a skylight, but it was sorted quickly and without fuss. That kind of service really stands out. We’ll definitely be staying again. This was our third visit.
