Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Procurei descanso e encontrei decepção

Os profissionais do hotel são extremamente educados e atenciosos, contudo, minha experiência de hospedagem foi bastante insatisfatória. Reservei um quarto com vista parcial para o mar, porém fui alocada em um quarto com vista para um corredor e parte da piscina, sob a justificativa de que o hotel estava lotado. Além disso, o ambiente apresentava um forte odor de mofo, tornando a permanência desconfortável. Após entrar em contato com a recepção, fui realocada para outro quarto, considerado “melhor”. No entanto, os travesseiros e almofadas apresentavam cheiro desagradável, semelhante ao do quarto anterior. Mesmo após a substituição dos itens, o problema persistiu. Escolhi o hotel buscando um final de semana de descanso e tranquilidade, conforme prometido na divulgação do estabelecimento. Infelizmente, o que encontrei foi bem diferente da experiência anunciada, o que gerou grande frustração e decepção.

Muito bom. O Hotel busca sempre atender o cliente para que ele se sinta em casa, então adorei o atendimento discreto e suave, sem muita firula. O café da manhã é o melhor da cidade. Especiarias ricas como favo de mel com uma pastelaria com pegada francesa. O hotel tem im apelo sensorial, com jurídica ambiente agradável e luz indireta. A decoração que puxa para em um estilo clássico, apesar de não ser o meu estilo favorito, consegue passar modernidade e mostra o cuidado com cada detalhe. Não vemos problemas no reboco, coisinhas manchadas e defeitos de acabamento, mostrando que a decoração se adequa muito bem a proposta. Mas a pérola da coroa é o restaurando do Chefe Erick Jacquin. Me sinto servido por um chefe francês que está cozinhando para si mesmo, adaptando itens mágicos de fornecedores exclusivos locais. Pato, escargot… dentre outras coisas incríveis, ao melão da terra o favo de mel escorrendo lindamente, até os croançãs melhores do que boa parte dos franceses (dica: peça um porcão quentinha com o Oeuf Poché um pão torrado com manteiga e uma saladinha que fica ali bem discreta…com pepino, picles de cebola rocha

Quarto exatamente como as fotos e equipe excelente

Todos os funcionários MUITO bem educados e simpáticos, fomos muito bem recepcionados por todos, o biscoito na entrada é muito bom, café da manhã com uma variedade muito boa, o shot de suco detox uma delícia, o quarto que fiquei era exatamente como as fotos, tinha amenities no banheiro, lenço de papel, no geral eu e minha família gostamos bastante. Tem bastante restaurantes e coisas próximas. Minha queixa é só que tinha hóspedes que ficavam arrastando a cadeira muito tarde da noite e madrugada e isso atrapalhava o sono e a porta do banheiro fazia barulho tbm pra conseguir fechar. Foram as únicas coisas que não gostamos muito. Mas esse foi um dos melhores hotéis em Natal que já fiquei e gostaríamos muito de conseguir voltar algum dia.
