Great location very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Language was no problem and location was the heart of Rome
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel in a good area, walking distance from Roma Termini & other landmarks. Great staff, very accommodating. Room is small, but just enough space to be comfortable.
Karis, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect stay in a great area of Rome, far enough away from the train station to be in a safe, clean and restaurant area, but clise enough to be convenient when arriving/leaving Rome. Very well situated as close to a metro stop, and local restaurants, and very walkable to most of the Rome sites. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was quiet with great Air conditioning, was really clean with comfortable beds and it had a great bathroom.
Amanda, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Location is great. Staff are also great. Hot water took forever to work and AC unit didn’t really work. An average hotel but works great if you’re looking for just a place to sleep.
Antonio, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Awesome spot to stay within walking distance of everything you could want to see, but just outside the bubble of the busier and louder streets. We were happy to have great dinner and drinks options all around us.

Rome trip with teenage son

Rome trip with teenage son. Hotel location was excellent. All main attractions were within 20 or so minutes walking distance, but there were also a few very nearby Metro stations. The metro is very easy to navigate. Hotel was perfect for our stay and the reception helped us out by booking a very early morning taxi back to the airport.
Graham, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The location was great, right in the middle of the cities. We walked every where and did not need of ride the metro or buses. The view of our room was the opera house, great view. The staff were very proactive and help us self checked in

Beautiful cozy room walking distance to Termini trainstation (10 min), in a nice neighbourhood, full of restaurants and walking distance to some monuments. Room had nice deco, bed was comfortable and shower was a dream.
Beatriz, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good communication from the property in advance, a very warm welcome from reception and a great location for exploring Rome. The rooms were a fair size and very clean. There was some noise from bars below but when in a City it’s to be expected and it wasn’t an issue for us (more of a benefit as it meant we could eat and drink very local to the hotel) There was a small communal area where we could make team and coffee which was nice. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable would have been a small communal seating area (we’d booked 2 rooms and seating in bedrooms not really adequate) However, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future.

Great central Rome accommodation

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy and convenient hotel. Just a five minute walk from Roma Termini station. Clean, comfortable room and beds. Modern bath. A/C (thank goodness!) Coffee station just outside our room. Walking distance to many of Rome's attractions. Greeted quickly and efficiently. Lots of great advice from the front desk. Would stay here again when in Rome.

Well run place,no 24 hour front desk but but managed work arounds
Brian, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at Ai Vinimale inn. We couldn’t make it in time for the from 8:00am to 4:00pm check in time, so Daniele (who works at the front desk) reached out to us and sent us a video to explain how we could check in without any front line staff need. Front line staff Daniele and the young lady (whose name I have forgotten) she helped us look for a place that we could do our laundry were Excellent. It would have been over the top if we had a refrigerator in our room. Very nice place loved the service
Michael, 4-night trip

I like how Close it was to train station other transportation, i didn't like that there was no staff available after 4pm.

Newly renovated bathroom

The toilet seems newly renovated, very new. Like that there were two big drawers to contain all toiletries. Shower heads and temperature of water were great. There was a pantry outside the room with a capsule coffee machine, kettle and free flow of coffee and tea bags. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, showed us to the room as well as directions on the map. Location was great, minutes from Roma Termini, Carrefour just around the corner and many eateries around. Overall was very satisfied with the hotel!
Lee BS, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel room is big and spacious. Bed is comfy. Location is very convenient too, 8 min walk to Roma Termini. The only problems are there’s no reception at night so check in could be problematic if the key doesn’t work (like in our case). Lift didn’t work either at our arrival , we had to haul the heavy luggages up the staircases. Also our room is pretty noisy as it faces the Opera Hall and it’s on 1st level , just above a restaurant. Overall we still had a good stay.
Joanna, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

We were very disappointed with the room we were given 108 on the first night. Unbeknown to us we were directly above restaurant that played extremely loud music from 7pm to very late. We complained immediately and were told to close the windows and turn air conditioning on which we had done, this was not a solution. We asked to be moved which we were told they were not able to do until the following morning. To their credit they did do this and moved us to the 3rd floor into a room we thought we had paid for in the first place. Location is good for this property but check in process not smooth.
Pauline, 4-night trip

Don't stay here.

I recommend you not stay here. The pictures are misleading. The beautiful building is the opera house across the street. It has nothing to do with this hotel. This hotel does not have a lobby, just a small dingy office. The breakfast pictures are very misleading. Breakfast is at a small restaurant a few feet away and it is the most mediocre American breakfast I have ever seen. The plumbing is terrible. When the toilet was flushed the toilet seat got wet. I told the manager and he said the water pressure was too high and he would call a plumber. It wasn't fixed. He offered another room but it was already late and we were leaving the next day. The faucet in the sink shot out a jet of water that splashed everywhere. And the shower was just weird. The front desk was open from 8:00 - 4:00. One of the other guests started making a lot of noise at 3:00 in the morning but there was no one to call. Of all the hotels we've stayed in this is one of the few I will never stay in again.
