我訂海洋观赏区，但房间不是，屋內設备太旧，2⃣️個人只有一張椅子，叫水服務半天不见人，熱浴缸還要付費和預訂不方便！

Estuvo bien, pero una gran decepción, se solicitó amenidades para Lunamieleros y la chica de reservaciones nos dijo que ya había puesto la nota y no tuvieron ningún detalle/amenidad. Aún cuando se viajó en VIP access.

Wasn’t worth the money. The hotel was just okay. Staff were superb, and the amenities were subpar. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. It was all inclusive but the restaurants close on certain days so you may not get to try one or two. The app to order room service or make reservations worked when it wanted to, sometime saying the ALL INCLUSIVE restaurants were booked solid when they weren’t. I am very easy to please and here, I kind of was not.

Os quartos são bons, o atendimento de alguns é muito bom, mas a maioria deixa a desejar. Bebidas e comidas tambem deixam a desejar, pouca variedade. Piscina é boa, o mar em frente ao hotel é agitado e infelizmente em maio, cheio de algas.

Overall, this resort was excellent. We went for a friend trip and had a great time. Freddy (Super Freddy) provided outstanding poolside service and really made our trip enjoyable. The spa service was great as well. Our rooms were clean and well stocked. The buffet and restaurants were great. Front desk staff and the manager (arm tattoo and glasses) were not very friendly and came across as condescending. They should not assume people don’t understand Spanish while speaking to each other. I found a piece of jewellery in the pool and turned it in. I hope it was returned to its owner!

Drinks tasted like syrup, no tasteful at all and they use the cheapest alcohol ever. Rooms, bedding and towels were completely dirty. If you like to spent a great vacation with tasteful drinks and food and clean place this is not the one!

I liked the food, entertainment, drinks, the staff and the other guests I did not like that at 5:00 am people sabe Cabanas and take off for an all day trip. Hate the fact there is no hottub by the pool and only in the spa where I was charged over $300 for a massage and two sit in a hottub alone

El Manayer del lobby muy amable y nos colocó en una muy buena habitación, solo las almohadas no estaban cómodas, pero en general todo estuvo muy bien, solo el servicio del restaurante en la playa no fue muy amable y una señorita del Royal tampoco fue muy cortés, pero el servicio en los otros restaurantes fue muy bueno

The staff in the reception and concierge were not friendly at all. Prior to arriving, we had informed the hotel that 5 people in our group are vegetarians. We also mentioned that to the concierge on arrival. Even then, in the buffet restaurant, there were only side dishes for vegetarians which hardly changed. The bar staff were friendly. Most of the staff in the restaurants were friendly.

Don't be fooled by the reviews and pictures of this resort, it got us good. The resort looks nice in the lobby but that is where it ends. The staff were nice and friendly as usual in Mexico but for the rest of the resort I can't give a good review. Im not going to say things about the little things, it was the big things that first got me, like the 3 pools ha ing not nearly enough chairs around the pool and lack of everything around it. We had to be there for 7am in order to get a chair and when we walked away for breakfast and came back it was gone, so we ended up sitting in the sand at the beach. We asked them to bring chairs out but there were no extras. Then day 2 we got a spot and now there is no bar nearby. They got a restaurant there with a bar but wont let you in without dry clothes, sandals and a tshirt, like come on this is by the pool. They set up a liquor cart and no one manned it all day and the liqour just sat there in the sun. The only bar thats close is Bar 2, and its about 30 feet from the pool and in such an old dilapted area, it feels so strange and out of the way. No swim up bar and main pool is small. For entertainment, its 1-3 pm. Some girl with a clown mask and a whistle trying to hype the crowd and a guy with two kids bubble guns...I thought it was like a joke or a discount bargain resort. The drinks were horrible, tasted like dirty water and the food wasnt the best. The 3 restaurants are okay but the buffet is really small and very lacking.

David manzo is a legend at making drinks . If this man doesn’t get an award or employee of the month I don’t know what I will do . Amazing staff and service overall . Give that man a raise and a day off to lay on the beach with those amazing drinks and service.
