The property itself is beautiful & rooms are very clean! There are 3 large, beautiful pools. Two of which are more quiet, and one with activities, volleyball, etc. There are a decent amount of pool chairs/cabanas, yet there were never any available at 10am. but if you ask the pool guy for help & tip him, a group of chairs next to each other would randomly appear for you..
My group had a bad experience with the food at this resort. I have been to other all inclusive resorts, including the sandos in cabo, so i knew not to expect amazing food. The buffet was very small with not many options. It was messy & and felt like the food wasn’t replenished. We were excited for italian restaurant because who can go wrong with pasta! Our pasta was undercooked and crunchy. We also ordered salmon, and it was not fully cooked. The steakhouse was also disappointing as our steaks were well done and gray even after asking for medium rare. Lastly, we were the most excited for the hibachi restaurant on our last day. We made the reservation at the beginning of our trip on the resort app (which we found out you could easily get in anywhere without a reservation). When we arrived for our reservation, the restaurant was locked, and were told its closed for the day. Its upsetting that the app you are pushed to use isnt correct, even though you already are only able to book for a few days out of the week.
The spa was AMAZING & was very cheap for being at a resort!
