The room itself was fine, but the service was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, there were construction workers using a pneumatic drill right above us on the first floor. Customer service told us the work would stop at 2 p.m., but it continued the next day from 10 a.m.
It was almost impossible to get in touch with them – their app (which you’re referred to for assistance) didn’t work, and we spent hours trying to get a response. Late in the afternoon, we were finally moved to another room, which they called an “upgrade” because it had a kitchen – but we had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, so that was not an upgrade for us.
We ended up wasting almost an entire day just trying to get help.
