This is a shared apartment therefore you share the Kitchen and lounge area. There is no staff on hand however to can contact the key holder on Whats app. The description of breakfast is a coffee pod and biscuits. Albeit I liked the apartment.

The room was clean and very close to the major sites to see in Verona. The breakfast basket was a nice touch with yummy jam. The downsides of our stay was that the room was very warm and we weren't allowed to change the settings on the AC. We had access to a parking pass, but we weren't told about the construction happening the morning after our stay and got a ticket despite parking in the right area.

Overall great, clean room. Patio was a nice additional to the Ninfee room but we couldn't sit out the majority of the time due to the rain which was seeping through the cover and then wetting the area below. Margherita was very helpful and attentive when we needed anything so cannot fault this. Just for noting the Ninfee room is quite small so there is not much room for luggage or when on the toilet! But this did not impact our stay it is just worth referencing for anyone staying in the property. Close to amenities and a good spot.

Four keys given to access the room; 2 for common area and 2 for, the private areas. We never got the actual room key to lock.We had to rely on the lock to the private patio. Room is extremely small. The twin doors are 18 inches wide each .when you open one , you're already almost hitting the bed. The bathroom is illogically small.You have to jump over the toilet to get in the shower. This cannot be safe for seniors or people with mobility issues. I have camper van with a more useful bathroom. The sink drain was stuck in the closed position. Fortunately , it leaked , so the water eventually would leave slowly.

This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend highly and we will be back for sure. Not to say it’s just a 8 min walk to the city centre and everything important you need to see. Big thanks to Margherita and Manuel!
