The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.

A little bit far from London city, much silence
Both husband n I are disabled, hotel is wheelchair accessible and staff helped whenever we need. Bedroom large and clean. Breakfast delicious...everything here are nice.

A great stay and perfect location
We stayed for three nights after flying in to Heathrow and the hotel proved to be perfect for our needs. It is only five minutes from West Ealing Station and very convenient for travel to and from Heathrow as well as central London. The service at the front desk and at breakfast each morning was invariably friendly and helpful. The room wasn't the most modern, but it was comfortable and suited the style of the place. The beer garden is huge and we spent some late afternoons enjoying the Paris Olympics on the big screen with a few drinks, but we never were troubled by noise once we went back to our room. Food was typical pub fare, but quite ok.

Another great stay , staff always a polite and friendly. Thanks Reception / housekeeping you make my stay a memorable one. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated The beds are really comfy. Its lovely to have a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee and water. The hotel is situated to great for transport links for airport and central london. With a selection of place to eat spoilt for choice

The best affordable hotel in London
Clean, quiet. Spacious rooms. Well working aircon. Good food and very good service. There was a misunderstanding at our arrival with no extra bed for our 10 year old daughter. But this was sorted in no time and with a smile. Very professional. The girl at breakfast was also really sweet and smiling even though I had a few special requests. The hotel is not in the city centre but it only takes roughly 20 min to get there and easily at that. Will definitely stay here again.

We stay here a fair amount and always have the same room as it's wonderful. The staff at the venue are so helpful and friendly. Bigger chain hotels could learn a lesson in customer service from these guys! Absolutely fabulous staff. The food and drinks are great and the Sunday lunch is gorgeous. 10/10 again guys!

The room was nice and comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom was tired and in need of a refurb, lots of missing or dirty grout around the shower. There is a lovely large beer garden which is a great outside space. However when the bar closes there isn’t any inside or outside space for residents to sit. Even the tables out the front were taken in and we were basically told we should go to bed! Breakfast was an experience. First they brought the wrong food, then only one order which was stone cold. We waited an hour for the right order and wish we hadn’t bothered. ‘Plant based’ sausage was mushed veg which looked and tasted like it had been deep fried to death. Everything else was luke warm. The menu choices were ok but badly let down by the service and what the kitchen served up.
