Booked this hotel paid in advance via app, when we arrived was given choice that pay up front directly to hotel or no booking,
No one speak even little English,
Had to pay twice

Despite I have already paid the full amount on hotels.com, the lady at the reception denied that the hotel received any payment and I asked me to pay on site. I had two kids who were exhausted so I paid to have access to the room then I informed hotels.com that the hotel forced me to pay twice. All the employees there only speak spanish which is not ideal for tourists. The room was clean and had a nice terrace but it's outdated. I'm waiting to have a refund for the double bill
