Clean room, you can tell it’s a new property. Cashless, even the vending machines downstairs. They had a lot of snack options, along with drinks in the lobby. No garbage can in the bathroom was honestly bothersome, I don’t like throwing away bathroom trash in the kitchen/common area… other than that everything was great.

Feels like the hotel shouldn’t have been open yet. Staff didn’t know how to check people in; rooms were barely stocked; lobby was bare and completely uninviting. I would say maybe it will get better with time, but I’m not real confident in that. Rooms are tiny and the hotel feels sparse and unwelcoming.

Showed up with a reservation, waited 30 minutes for the front desk to help the person in front of me. Computer problems, of course. Finally, my turn. Another 25 minutes. Computer problems, of course. Obvious lack of training for the employees. No ice machine in entire hotel. Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Bathroom door doesn't shut. Shower curtain goes 2/3 of the way to the floor, leading to a soaking wet bathroom floor.

Hailey, Jill and Melissa go above and beyond with great smiles, attitude and help. They do not miss a beat in the event something arises. Im not sure of the GM'S name but he also listens to his staff and guest while also going out of his way to make sure the guest are accommodated. I highly recommend! One of the best I have encountered. The only complaint that I can give; is Wyndham does not give points for this Hotel.

I know it’s an extended stay but do you really expect people to have dishes utensils, pots, pans dish detergent among everything needed to eat a meal???! The kitchen was stark naked!!! Not even a glass! Would not stay again! One good thing is that it was very clean.

We were charged $230 a night. For that we no Kleenex, blow dryer, hand towels, one roll of single ply toilet paper (no back-up), no coffee pot (free non-brewed coffee was in the lobber 6-9 AM), no hair conditioner, no pen or note pad, no breakfast. There was a nice kitchenette stocked with 1 kitchen towel and 4 disposable plastic glasses period. WiFi was limited to two items. If you wanted maid service it was an extra charge & had to be arranged 24 hours in advance. The front desk said this is Wyndham’s new system to lower costs and besides, Bozeman (Montana) is expensive. (I live in San Francisco). We had no advanced warning of any of this.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and manager were very nice people and helpful. The property is maintained except for the front outside trash containers. The big birds get into them and pull out trash. Either empty more often or get containers that are enclosed.

If you have not stayed at an extended stay, this one has virtually no amenities and the room is new and clean but Spartan. Nobody body wash. Bring your soap with you.
