Easy on/off of I35. As we drove into the parking lot we remarked how clean the property was. We had booked ahead so check in was simple. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only thing that I could complain about was that the towels were not soft. We used the pool, which was great. Will definitely stay again.😊😊😊 This was a 3 night stay, May 2026

The rooms were pretty nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was mostly elsewhere, the breakfast was really sad and the parking lot had a lot of trash on one side. Staff shortage must definitely be an issue..

Our stay at the hotel was great. However, I called the hotel the day after we left due to a question on the billing. The person who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. The information/question I had was to make sure the billing was correct which would have benefited the hotel. Not a good experience

This must be a newer facility, the rooms were very clean, hallways didnt smell, fridge worked great and no mold or spots in the bathroom. No hot breakfast during my stay (staff said that was coming soon), but plenty of options that were suitable. Check in/out staff persons I spoke to were very nice and pleasant to chat with.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay although why do hotels keep serving those “powdered eggs”? Waffles were very good. My only complaint was trying to talk by phone to a gentleman that worked during the day. I prefer talking to the hotel to make a reservation. He did not take a credit card number and I did not get a confirmation. Called again, spelled my name and email again and eventually got my confirmation. Later I needed to add an earlier arrival and I called and got the same man. He said there were no rooms and basically hung up on me. I went online and was able to book an earlier day for a cheaper price.

At 2:30 am, the front desk lady knocked on our room door, and unlocked the door and walked in. At 2:30 in the morning. When I asked the front desk the next morning, she told me she was checking if rooms were occupied or not, because who ever checked is in the day before, didnt check us in right?

If you intend to have a drink in your room bring your own glass. There was only 2 cups and they were the coffee type. If you filled it to the tippy top you might have 8 oz. Also there's very little room for CPAP machines. We disconected the phone so we had more room. But everything was very clean and staff were nice. We would stay there again but would pack a couple of glasses. Breakfast was typical, eggs, meat, waffles, etc...

I had an amazing time at the pool and after having a wonderful breakfast, I liked how they had a very nice gym in the location was excellent with Walmart being right next to it and other restaurants it was very nice and quiet as well so it was definitely a great destination for a good night rest
